English school threatens to label kids racist for YEARS unless they attend Islam field trip
The headmistress at a primary school in a small town in England tried to order parents to send their children to a Nov. 27 workshop focused on Islam or else have the kids permanently labeled as racists for the rest of their academic careers.

On Wednesday, parents of children aged 8 to 11 received the stark warning in the form of a letter from Lynn Small, the headmistress at Littleton Green Community School in Huntington, Staffordshire — just over 20 miles from Birmingham.

The letter describes the field trip as part of a “statutory requirement” for kids “to learn about different cultures.”

Mother claims healthy son, 19, was killed by flu-shot after he fell into a coma just 24-hours after having vaccine
The bereaved mother of Utah teen is convinced her otherwise healthy son’s death was caused by a flu-shot he was given the day before he fell ill – in a case which baffled doctors.

In the obituary for her son, Chandler, 19, Lori Webb said that her son was given his first ever shot on October 15th after agreeing to travel on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

However, the day after receiving the flu and tuberculosis shots, the Brighton High School graduate began suffering sever vomiting and was admitted to hospital in Salt Lake City wehere he fell into a coma 24-hours later.

Georgia Businessman Arrested For Loitering, Carrying Legal Gun On His Own Property
A businessman in Dekalb County, Georgia is outraged after being thrown in jail for loitering and carrying a gun on his own property. Eric Lee, who owns a furniture story on Covington Highway in Lithonia, Georgia says thieves have targeted him several times.

“They recommended that I get a gun. The police officers have said the crime rate around here is one of the worst,” Lee told the local news station. So he bought a gun and also got a concealed carry permit.

Sixth Graders Polled On Gay Marriage, Abortion And Gun Control
Parents of a sixth grade student at the Milam Elementary School in Tupelo, Mississippi were shocked when their daughter brought home a political beliefs worksheet that teachers told students to fill out.

The in-class assignment entitled “Are you a Democrat or Republican?” was posted to the “Stop Common Core in Mississippi” Facebook page with a message alleging that the young female student was told not to talk about or take the assignment outside of class, although some parents refute the claim.

Regardless, the assignment, written for 11-year-old children, asks students what their beliefs are on such issues as abortion, gun control and gay marriage, before having them tally up their “D” and “R” answers to determine which establishment party they belong to.

School Bans Student From Flying Confederate Flag On Truck
A student has been banned from displaying the Confederate flag on his truck while on school grounds.

Jacob Green, a junior at Millennium High School in Goodyear, Ariz., told KSAZ-TV that he had no problem flying the Confederate flag on his truck while driving to school until he was confronted by another student two weeks ago.

“I’ve done nothing wrong. I’ve flown a flag on my truck. Somebody fought me because of it,” Green told KSAZ. “I didn’t fight him. I was walking around like a normal person. He confronted me, he hit me first. I was defending myself.”

Green and the other student were both suspended for five days following the fight.

High School Student in Critical Condition After Being Tazed by Cops – Family fears he will not survive
The family of a high school student fears he will not survive injuries sustained last Wednesday after school resource officers Tazed him, the family’s attorney has stated.

17-year-old Noe Nino de Rivera is in critical condition at St. David’s Medical Center in Bastrop, Texas, after he was alleged to have interfered with two sheriff’s deputies working as resource officers, who were attempting to break up a fight between two female students.

California Politicians Pushing “Gun Control”… For Toy Guns
As it currently stands, laws ban California citizens from carrying imitation rifles in public unless they meet specific color requirements. The new bill would make these rules even more strict, by banning the making and sale of “toys” that do not meet such guidelines.

The bill, which will be officially proposed in January, is co-authored by Evans and Senator Kevin de Leon. The legislation’s co-sponsors are state Assembly members Wes Chesbro, Marc Levine, and Mariko Yamada.

De Leon said the restrictions could help “law enforcement to make rational, wise, split-second decisions when they are in that type of situation.”

Critics of the bill, however, argue that the new rules could become pointless if criminals catch on and start painting their real guns bright colors.

Military Hand-Me-Downs: US Police Getting Leftover Armored Trucks From Iraq
The US military is handing over leftover equipment from the Iraq conflict to police under a military surplus program. Civil liberties groups have criticized the initiative as unnecessary and a move toward the militarization of American law enforcement.

American law enforcement agencies have received 165 MRAPs – 18 ton, armored vehicles with gun turrets – this year, according to an AP investigation. Military officials say police have filed requests for 731 more, but none are available.

“It’s armored. It’s heavy. It’s intimidating. And it’s free,” Craig Apple, the sheriff of Albany County, told AP.

Each of the hulking military vehicles costs around $500,000, and before the MRAPs can be used by law enforcement agencies they have to be refitted for civilian use. Even after retro-fitting, the vehicles are still limited. Because of their size, the vehicles are unable to cross some bridges and travel on narrow roads.

The investigation revealed that some of the MRAPs have already been put to use. In the city of Boise, Idaho, police deployed the vehicle because they suspected a suspect was in possession of heavy firearms and explosives. In Nampa, police used their MRAP to protect officers from a potential explosion.

Is your TV spying on YOU? It sounds like science fiction but many new TVs can watch you – telling advertisers your favourite shows or even filming you on the sofa. And there’s no off switch!
You are sitting in bed in your pyjamas, drinking a cup of cocoa. A loved one lies next to you, watching late-night television. Pillow talk is exchanged. An alarm clock is set. Eventually the lights are turned out.

Earlier, you sat on the living-room sofa eating supper, before loading the dishwasher and heading upstairs.

You have, in other words, just enjoyed a perfectly normal night, in a perfectly normal home. The curtains are drawn, the central heating turned up. It’s cosy, relaxing and, above all, completely private. Or so you thought.

The truth turns out to be quite the opposite. For on the other side of the world, people you didn’t know existed are keeping a beady eye on your every move.

Cops Spray Woman’s Vagina With Mace To “Punish” Her After Drug Arrest
Cops in New Mexico repeatedly sprayed a woman’s vagina with mace after she was arrested for drugs. They allegedly did this to “punish” her.

The woman, Marlene Tapia, was taken to the Metropolitan Detention Center after her arrest. Next, officers stripped her to search for drugs. They made her bend over and then claimed she had a plastic bag containing drugs in her vagina.

Officers should have subsequently had medical staff remove the bag from Tapia — but they did not do this.

Instead, an officer “punished” the woman by spraying her vagina with mace. That officer, Blanca Zapater, allegedly did this several times in a row.

More Than 20% of 14-Year-Old Boys Diagnosed With ADHD
The study also found that children in public health programs (Medicaid and the State Children’s Health Insurance Program) were 53 percent more likely to be diagnosed with ADHD than children with private health insurance.

This is an increase of 42% in only 8 years time. This rise comes primarily from children on government assistance. Boys are 127% more likely to be medicated than girls.

$140-a-day fine for refusing to circumsize her son – Rabbinical court rejects appeal by Netanya resident who won’t have her son undergo what she calls ‘mutilation’
The Rabbinical Court in Jerusalem rejected an appeal Monday by a Netanya woman fined NIS 500 ($140) per day for refusing to circumcise her son, as is required by Jewish law (halacha).

The penalty was initially levied by a rabbinical court in Netanya earlier this year at the request of the woman’s estranged husband who has demanded that the circumcision take place. The two are reportedly undergoing divorce proceedings, and the court stated that it believes her refusal was part of some ploy to save her marriage.

The woman’s lawyer claimed that the rabbinical court had no authority to order the woman to circumcise her son, who is now a year old.

“I’ve been exposed to a lot of material regarding circumcision and I have decided not to circumcise my son,” the woman, who has not been identified, told Channel 2 News Monday evening.

“I have no right to cut his organ and mutilate him. And the court has no right to force me to do so,” she went on, vowing that she would not pay the fine, which has so far reached NIS 2,500. “I don’t have the means; I’m not working,” she said.

Proof: Gun Registration Leads To Confiscation – Gun confiscations begin in New York, aided by existing firearms registry
In the wake of New York’s latest gun control law, the New York Police Department is now sending out notices to registered gun owners demanding that they give up their firearms, clear proof that gun registration leads to outright confiscations.
The letter being sent out to New York City’s gun owners who now possess “illegal” firearms.

The notice provides gun owners, who possess firearms now prohibited under New York’s unconstitutional SAFE Act, the “options” to either surrender their firearms to the police, remove them from the city limits or otherwise render them inoperable.

The NYPD knew exactly who to send the notices to by using a centralized firearms registry which lists the city’s gun owners and what firearms they have in their possession.

Australia: Police to Suspend Driver’s Licenses For Non-Traffic Offenses
Sweeping legal changes which came into effect on September 30 allow courts to suspend or cancel the licence of any person convicted or found guilty of any offence – regardless of whether that offence has anything to do with driving.

Victoria Police has exclusively revealed to the Herald Sun that it will seek to use the new powers in up to 50,000 court cases each year.

It has already briefed its prosecutors on the law.

Family Forced to Dig Up 17-year-old Vegetable Garden Or Face Fines
Few things in life are as benign as a home vegetable garden.

But for the residents of Miami Shores, Fla., growing veggies can land you a fine — the type you eventually can’t afford.

That’s what happened to Hermine Ricketts and her husband, Tom Carroll. For the past 17 years they’ve grown a garden in the front yard of their modest South Florida home. The backyard, they say, doesn’t get enough sunlight.

But in May, the city put the couple’s garden, and any others like it, in their legal crosshairs.

Abe Lincoln – Nationalize Everything – Even Thanksgiving
“Nationalize as much as possible” to “make men love their country before their states. All private interests, all local interests, all banking interests, the interests of individuals, everything, should be subordinate now to the interest of the Government.”

–Senator John Sherman, 1863 (Cited in Heather Cox Richardson, The Greatest Nation on the Earth, p. 87

George Washington issued the first Thanksgiving Proclamation on October 3, 1789 as a way of celebrating the newly-ratified Constitution. He distributed his proclamation to the governors of the states and suggested that they participate in the celebration, which the states all did in their own ways for many years. The federal government was not yet a centralized, consolidated, monopolistic, central-planning bureaucracy, so Washington’s proclamation was no more than a suggestion offered to the citizens of the free and independent states.

Thanksgiving did not become a national holiday until Lincoln nationalized all the state Thanksgiving celebrations by issuing a proclamation written by Secretary of State William Seward (according to Lincoln’s White House secretary, John Nicolay) on October 3, 1863. Lincoln’s Thanksgiving Proclamation is a masterpiece of lies, deceptions, and false propaganda that would have impressed any twentieth-century tyrant.

South Carolina Police Grab Innocent Cell User’s Data Through ‘Tower Dump’
Sheriffs in Richland County, South Carolina are currently defending the use of a controversial investigation method that grants them access to thousands of cell phone user’s data.

The technique, known as a “Tower Dump,” allows law enforcement to request all call, text and data transmissions from any specific time period from a cell tower’s provider. Search warrants obtained by WLTX News uncovered Richland County Sheriffs use of the technique during several cases including a 2011 vehicle break-in outside a sheriff’s home.

Although police must obtain and present a search warrant to cell providers in order to access the data, the amount of information gathered, especially on those not suspected of a crime, presents a clear constitutional violation.

“To turn over everybody’s telephone data to the police unrelated to any suspicion of crime, I think that’s an unreasonable search and seizure,” First Amendment attorney Jay Bender told WLTX. “I don’t think that’s permitted by the Constitution.”

Family Flees As Courts Trampled On Parents’ Rights To Refuse Medical Treatment
A 10-year-old Amish girl with leukemia and her parents have fled their home in Ohio, leaving the country at one point, so that she won’t be forced into resuming chemotherapy treatments, the family’s attorney said Wednesday.

The family has been fighting a hospital in court for months after the parents decided to halt the treatments because they were making the girl sick.

They left their home in rural northeast Ohio just days before a state appeals court appointed a guardian in October to take over medical decisions for the Sarah Hershberger, said attorney Maurice Thompson.

Give Us Cash or Lose Your Kids and Face Felony Charges: Don’t Cops Have Better Things to Do?!

Schools are Obamacare for Children
In 1992, the Republicans promoted a health care plan to compete with the White House’s Hillarycare. In the end, neither was passed, and health care reform was taken off the table. Upon taking office, Barak Obama, in direct contradiction to his campaign promises, picked up the Republican plan and passed it. The Republicans are furious about this, referring to their own plan as socialist, Marxist, etc. Libertarians can laugh at the entire spectacle – until we get sick, of course.

In any case, the most offensive and obviously illiberal part of the plan is the individual mandate. A group of Attorneys General challenged that aspect of the law, arguing that it was unconstitutional to require people to purchase specific products from a small group of specific companies. They were right, of course. The Supreme Court ruled differently, of course. Since the mandate does not have as a remedy jail time, but rather a fine, the Court simply redefined the fine as a tax, and ruled that the entire mandate falls under the power to tax.

This is an interesting legal argument, to be sure, but leaves a gaping hole. My challenge to those who oppose the Affordable Care Act, particularly the Attorneys General who filed the lawsuit, is: are you willing to make use of the gaping hole, in other areas, to promote other freedoms? More to the point – will you do so when it would free people who cannot vote?

The Great Thanksgiving Hoax
Each year at this time school children all over America are taught the official Thanksgiving story, and newspapers, radio, TV, and magazines devote vast amounts of time and space to it. It is all very colorful and fascinating.

It is also very deceiving. This official story is nothing like what really happened. It is a fairy tale, a whitewashed and sanitized collection of half-truths which divert attention away from Thanksgiving’s real meaning.

The official story has the pilgrims boarding the Mayflower, coming to America and establishing the Plymouth colony in the winter of 1620-21. This first winter is hard, and half the colonists die. But the survivors are hard working and tenacious, and they learn new farming techniques from the Indians. The harvest of 1621 is bountiful. The Pilgrims hold a celebration, and give thanks to God. They are grateful for the wonderful new abundant land He has given them.

The official story then has the Pilgrims living more or less happily ever after, each year repeating the first Thanksgiving. Other early colonies also have hard times at first, but they soon prosper and adopt the annual tradition of giving thanks for this prosperous new land called America.

The problem with this official story is that the harvest of 1621 was not bountiful, nor were the colonists hardworking or tenacious. 1621 was a famine year and many of the colonists were lazy thieves.

Does prayer help us resist temptation? Talking to God boosts self-control and emotional stability, claims stud
* People turn to prayer ‘as a coping response to the high demands in life’ and are rewarded with an increased ability to resist temptation
* Previous findings have shown that when people try to control their emotions, the risk of aggressive outbursts and binge drinking rises

…the latest study, by German psychologists at Saarland University and the University of Mannheim, found that praying helps people maintain self-control.

New Mesh Network Documents Confirm Police Vehicle’s Real-Time Access To DHS Spy Cameras
Following bombshell documents released by Storyleak and Infowars last Tuesday uncovering Seattle’s expansive $2.6 million Homeland Security funded mesh network surveillance grid, new documents hidden deep inside the 2012 proposal request (# DIT-2996) give even greater detail into the government’s ability to track and database virtually any person.

After local media began questioning the appearance of mysterious “off-white boxes” attached to utility poles in the downtown area, reports uncovered the mesh network devices’ ability to siphon off unsuspecting mobile user’s IP addresses as well as the last 1,000 locations visited. Storyleak and Infowars’ exclusive documents went one step further in revealing the vast amount of local and even federal agencies tied into the network’s information-gathering center.

A new file entitled the “Police Video Diagram” proves police officers’ ability to access and control live-video feed from the city’s expansive collection of surveillance cameras, all from the comfort of their police cruisers.

Retailers tracking shoppers inside stores
It’s a brave new world — and kind of a creepy one when it comes to shopping. Some retailers are using some pretty sophisticated technology to improve marketing, staffing and store layout. Some stores track cell phone signals to spot return customers. Others have even started using facial recognition.

Nordstorm took heat from shoppers last fall when it began testing new technology to track cell phones.

Aaron Messing, an information privacy attorney, says privacy issues arise when people don’t know if they’re being tracked.

Hugo Boss has started using heat sensors to place premium products. So basically, where the most people are gathered in the store, top products will be placed there.

Americans Killed By Cops Now Outnumber Americans Killed In Iraq War
Cops have killed well over 5,000 Americans since 9/11. Many of these killings have occurred during no-knock raids, which have risen by 4000%.

Iraqi insurgents have killed around 3,500 Americans in Iraq since 9/11 in Operation Iraqi “Freedom.”

Afghan insurgents have killed around 2,000 Americans in Afghanistan since 9/11 in Operation Enduring “Freedom.”

The police are getting paid with our money to go on shooting sprees and they are killing more of us than the terrorists from whom they “protect” us. In fact, you are eight times more likely to be killed by a cop than by a terrorist.

State Cop Shoots At Minivan Full Of Kids
A simple traffic stop turned into a wild scene with a 14-year-old rushing a state cop, a high-speed chase and another officer firing at a fleeing minivan full of kids.

Now the driver and her son are facing charges while New Mexico State Police are investigating the officers involved.

It all started Oct. 28 on a state highway south of Taos. A State Police officer pulled over Oriana Ferrell’s minivan for going 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. In the minivan with her were her five kids. The Taos News reports the children range in age from 6 to 18.

Police Are Trampling On the Rights Of American Citizens — And Finally We Have A Chance To Fight Back
Police misconduct is out of control in Indiana. In 2010, two Indiana police, including a captain, slapped and tasered a 10-year-old boy at a daycare center. That same year, an Indianapolis police officer killed a motorist while drunk and on duty. And the city of Indianapolis recently threatened citizens with a $2,500 fine just for protesting tickets or filing formal complaints.

Thankfully, the Indiana legislature just passed a law that will give Hoosiers some recourse against police injustice, allowing citizens to use force against police officers who unlawfully enter their homes. The bill is a huge victory for the Fourth Amendment. But by also putting increasingly unlawful police conduct under the microscope and putting some restraint on police, the Indiana legislature is giving us an example of how to further restore law enforcement agencies to their constitutional roles.

Nationally, police misconduct is even worse than in Indiana. As detailed by the likes of great journalists and constitutional lawyers like John Whitehead, Radley Balko, and Will Grigg (just to name a few), in the past 30 years American law enforcement agencies have morphed into federally-funded paramilitary units whose often-deadly actions receive incredible amounts of protection and immunity.

TSA Rolls Out ‘Detention Pods’ at Airport Terminal Exits – Making you feel like a prisoner who cannot leave
The TSA is funding the rollout of exit pods at major airport terminals across the country that temporarily detain passengers before they are allowed to leave, another example critics say of how the federal agency’s policies treat travelers as prisoners.

Travelers are forced to be bottlenecked through the pods as they leave the airport terminal. A robotic voice gives instructions to wait inside the pod until a green light is shown and the door opens.

The pods have already been installed at Syracuse International Airport as part of a $60 million dollar renovation and are likely to make their way into other major airports soon. Once travelers exit the pods, they are unable to re-enter the terminal.

Some of the passengers exiting through the pods at Syracuse thought the machines were performing x-ray body scans, according to CNY Central.

“It was odd, I was like – where did they come up with this?” asked Patricia Goodrich.

“We need to be vigilant and maintain high security protocol at all times. These portals were designed and approved by TSA which is important,” said Syracuse Airport Commissioner Christina Callahan.

The justification for installing the pods is that they replace police or security guards who would normally stand at the exit, therefore saving money, something which the TSA isn’t normally concerned about given how it is now selling abandoned naked body scanners to prisons for 10 per cent of their value.

According to Karen De Coster, the pods are a way “to remind you that you are a captive” and are “meant to make you feel like a prisoner who cannot leave.”

The prison inmate feel of the devices compliments numerous other TSA policies which critics have charged serve little other purpose than making travelers feel like they are under constant suspicion.

Researcher Makes Bombs, Guns Using Airport Gift Shop Items – Exploits huge security flaw proving TSA’s ineffectiveness
A resourceful researcher has successfully demonstrated how easy it is for anyone to build an arsenal of weapons solely using items found beyond TSA airport checkpoints, proving once again how the bloated federal agency charged with “protecting travelers” is conducting little more than security theater at taxpayer expense.

Security researcher Evan Booth set out this year to answer one question: “Can common items sold in airports after the security screening be used to build lethal weapons?”

Supreme Court blocks challenge to NSA phone tracking
The Supreme Court announced Monday morning that it would not be considering at this time a complaint filed months earlier that challenged the legality of the National Security Agency’s dragnet telephone surveillance program.

The high court issued a notice early Monday without comment acknowledging that it would not be weighing in on a matter introduced this past June by a privacy watchdog group after NSA leaker Edward Snowden revealed evidence showing that the United States intelligence agency was collecting metadata pertaining to the phone calls of millions of American customers of the telecommunications company Verizon on a regular basis.

That disclosure — the first of many NSA documents leaked by Mr. Snowden — prompted the Washington, DC-based Electronic Privacy Information Center, or EPIC, to ask the Supreme Court to consider taking action that would end the collection of phone records on a major scale.

When EPIC filed their petition in June, they wrote, “We believe that the NSA’s collection of domestic communications contravenes the First and Fourth Amendments to the United States Constitution, and violates several federal privacy laws, including the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 as amended.”

“We ask the NSA to immediately suspend collection of solely domestic communications pending the competition of a public rulemaking as required by law. We intend to renew our request each week until we receive your response,” EPIC said.

Five months later, though, the Supreme Court said this week that it would not be hearing EPIC’s plea. A document began circulating early Monday in which the high court listed the petition filed by the privacy advocates as denied.

Boy Found Handcuffed to Front Porch Wearing Dead Chicken Necklace, CPS Supervisor Arrested
A Child Protective Services supervisor was arrested this past week after police found an 11-year-old boy shivering and handcuffed to the front porch of her home with a dead chicken tied around his neck.

While responding to a call in the area, a Union County, North Carolina sheriff’s deputy says he took the initiative to investigate what appeared to be a child cuffed to the porch of a run-down home.

The approaching officer was confronted Friday morning by foster parent and emergency room nurse Dorian Lee Harper, 57, who offered no explanation as to why the boy was handcuffed at the ankles, nor why the dead chicken.

Police arrested Harper, and proceeded inside the home where they encountered extreme living conditions unfit for wildlife, let alone a family.

SF Mission Residents Angered By City College Student’s Videotaped Arrest
San Francisco police are being accused of brutality in a case that involved a bicyclist at the Valencia Gardens public housing complex in the city’s Mission Dolores neighborhood on Friday afternoon.

D’Paris Charles “DJ” Williams, 20, was arrested after apparently riding his bicycle on the sidewalk around 3:40 p.m. Friday at the complex near Rosa Parks Lane and Maxwell Court.

The home video begins with DJ Williams face down on the sidewalk as officers and a crowd of onlookers circles. Williams can be heard crying out in pain.

Cop Shoots Teen Holding Toy Gun
14-year-old Nicholas King was shot by a cop after displaying what appeared to be a large-caliber handgun.

Little did the officer know, the “gun” was fake.

The incident happened outside of a party store in Battle Creek. King was allegedly hiding in the bushes with his realistic-looking toy when the police were called by witnesses.

An officer, whose name is not released, showed up on the scene quickly. According to WoodTV, the cop claims that he ordered King to put his hands in the air. The suspect then allegedly “produced” what looked like a handgun. The officer then shot King.

In a statement, Battle Creek police said, “Further investigation revealed that the weapon was not real, but was a replica of a Smith and Wesson semi-automatic handgun.”

There are currently some disputes as to what transpired right before the officer pulled the trigger.

Police Abuse? Cops Shoot 14-Year-Old In The Face With A Taser
The photo above is of 14-year-old Joseph Williams’ face after police in Bucks County, Pennsylvania tased him.

Williams’ mother, Marissa Sargeant, released the photo and is demanding an investigation into the officers who arrested her teen. She said, “The picture speaks a thousand words.”

Williams was arrested on Tuesday in Walmart — he and his 19-year-old cousin Jordan Gibson were caught shoplifting.

According to police, they cuffed the 14-year-old but he ran away before they could put him in a cruiser.

Police officers told NBC10 that they “yelled warnings at the teen and fearing for his safety, they fired a stun gun to subdue him. The D.A. says the Taser struck the boy in the face and with his hands cuffed, the boy had no way to brace himself against falling face-first.”

DHS Still Hasn’t Fired Black Supremacist Who Called for Mass Murder of Whites – Almost four months after he was unmasked as a militant black nationalist who called for murdering “Uncle Tom race traitors,” Ayo Kimathi is still employed.
The black-nationalist Department of Homeland Security employee who was placed on leave almost four months ago for running a website that espouses the mass murder of whites has still not been fired, an agency spokesperson told National Journal.

The Southern Poverty Law Center first exposed Ayo Kimathi in August, prompting a small media firestorm that led DHS to place the procurement officer on administrative leave with pay pending review. DHS deputy press secretary Gillian Christensen confirmed that his status has not changed and that he is still on leave pending review.

Kimathi, using the online nom de guerre “the Irritated Genie,” called for “ethnic cleansing” of “black-skinned Uncle Tom race traitors” on his website, which envisioned a massive race war on the horizon. “In order for Black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites—more than our Christian hearts can possibly count,” he wrote.

In other postings, he warned that whites and their enablers like President Obama are trying to “homosexualize” black men in order to make them weaker, and suggested that a woman’s primary role in life should be to “keep a strong Black man happy.” He also seemed to hold anti-Semitic views, claiming in a Facebook post that his website was under attack from a conspiracy of “zionist smallhats, the Uncle Tom koons,” and, naturally, “the haters.”

The Bugs in Darwin’s Theory
The intent of this essay is not to debate with the ardent of evolutionism, which is the Political Correctness of science. To do so would be pointless. The greatest intellectual divide is not between those who believe one thing and those who believe another, but between those who have an emotional need to believe something fervently and those who can say, “I don´t know.” The former group comprises those tedious Darwinists and Creationists who robotically hurl imprecations at each other like fans of rival football teams. Each blockheadedly refuses to concede the slightest possibility that its doctrine might be other than infallible. To my mind they constitute the best evidence that we did not descend from monkeys, but have not yet ascended to them. Stupidity beyond a certain point is intractable.

I write here for those who can look at the world with curiosity and calm, divining what can be divined and conceding what cannot, without regarding themselves as members of warring tribes. To judge by the writing on evolution in the public prints, there may be as many as three of these.

NHTSA May Mandate That New Cars Broadcast Location, Number of Passengers, Direction and Speed
Before the end of this year, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will decide whether or not to begin the rulemaking process to mandate that newly manufactured cars include what is being called “vehicle-to-vehicle” (V2V) communications technology that constantly broadcasts via radio wave the car’s location, direction, speed and, possibly, even the number of passengers it is carrying.

Ohio Man Arrested for Driving Car With Empty Hidden Compartment – Fact that man possessed no drugs did not stop police from arresting him
A search didn’t find any drugs on 30-year-old Ohio driver Norman Gurley, but that didn’t stop police from making him the first person in the state to be arrested for violating a relatively new law that purportedly seeks to combat drug trafficking by prohibiting the use of vehicles containing hidden compartments.

After they pulled Gurley over for speeding, state troopers apparently “noticed several wires running to the back of the car,” according to WKYC.

“During the search, they noticed some components inside the vehicle that did not appear to be factory,” Lt. Michael Combs of the Ohio State Highway Patrol told WKYC. “We figured it out and followed the wiring and we were able to get it open.”

Combs says Gurley was “apparently caught.. between runs, so to speak,” assuming his vehicle was modified in order to transport illegal drugs.

But the fact that he wasn’t in possession of drugs doesn’t matter, says WKYC, “because in Ohio, just driving a ‘trap’ car is now a felony.”

America’s Plan to Kill Online Privacy Rights Everywhere
The United States and its key intelligence allies are quietly working behind the scenes to kneecap a mounting movement in the United Nations to promote a universal human right to online privacy, according to diplomatic sources and an internal American government document obtained by The Cable.

The diplomatic battle is playing out in an obscure U.N. General Assembly committee that is considering a proposal by Brazil and Germany to place constraints on unchecked internet surveillance by the National Security Agency and other foreign intelligence services. American representatives have made it clear that they won’t tolerate such checks on their global surveillance network. The stakes are high, particularly in Washington — which is seeking to contain an international backlash against NSA spying — and in Brasilia, where Brazilian President Dilma Roussef is personally involved in monitoring the U.N. negotiations.

California Town Bans Smoking in Your Own Hom
A California ordinance that prohibits smoking in residences with shared walls may be the strictest anti-smoking law in the United States, city officials say.

The ban, passed by the city of San Rafael, applies to both owners and renters, ABC News reported Thursday.

It covers any multi-family residence with three or more units, including condominiums, co-ops and apartments. The ban took effect Nov. 14.

Textbook Tells Fourth Graders ‘White Voters’ Were Unlikely To Support Black President
Fourth grade students in Dupo, Illinois assigned to reading a Common Core approved biography of President Barack Obama are being told that all white voters were unlikely to vote for a black president due to racism.

Children at Bluffview Elementary who have been assigned to read the book entitled “Barack Obama,” published by Lerner Publications and a part of Scholastic’s “Reading Counts” program, were informed on page 40 that despite Obama being a “nice fellow,” many allegedly believed that no white American would likely vote for him in 2008 based solely on the color of his skin.

“But some people said Americans weren’t ready for that much change. Sure Barack was a nice fellow, they said. But white voters would never vote for a black president,” the book reads.

The book, approved for children as young as seven years old, also goes on to specifically mention controversial comments made by President Obama’s former pastor Jeremiah Wright, while also claiming that the president has worked to bring whites and blacks together.

The book’s comments were brought to the attention of the “Moms Against Duncan” Facebook page, a group of parents and education activists opposed to U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan who recently claimed that “white suburban moms” only opposed Common Core because it showed that their children weren’t as smart as they thought, attempting to paint the nation-wide backlash against the curriculum as a race based issue.
